Neil Luria, Managing Director, to Speak at ABI's Twentieth Annual Winter Leadership Conference
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (September 2008) - Neil Luria, Managing Director, is scheduled to speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Twentieth Annual Winter Leadership Conference to be held December 4-6 in Tucson.
The conference will feature a record 31 panel sessions examining the distress in the mortgage and real estate industries, as well as international and municipal bankruptcies, along with 19 educational sessions from ABI's membership committees looking at a wide range of bankruptcy topics.
Mr. Luria will be a panelist for the "Real Estate Bankruptcies: What's Happening Now, and What's Next? Dealing with the Litigation Wave in Residential and Commercial Cases" session.
