In Latin America, we have developed a particular specialty and have assisted private equity groups and strategic buyers with numerous transactions throughout the region.

We combine our strategic, diligence, and valuation skills into one team to provide insight across the entire spectrum of a deal. In contrast to traditional “due diligence” methods, we get involved at the initial stages of a transaction’s lifecycle, alerting clients much earlier of the upcoming hurdles and highlights that may arise along the path to any successful deal. This approach increases efficiency, lowers costs, and results in improved transactions.
